Grey tongue and bb

I think I have bad mouth and nasal breath. I’ve asked all my friends and those close to me if I have bad breath but they all swear I am paranoid and have nothing to worry about yet I notice small indications that my breath smells such as people facing away from me when I am talking or even just breathing. People touch their nose when I am nearby and it is really saddening to know that I can smell that bad. The craziest part is I can’t smell it, not my mouth breath or nasal breath. How can I smell so bad to get reactions from people and not be able to smell it myself. I get so scared that I smell bad that I even limit talking or hold my breath when close to other people.

My diet is normal and I have very good hygiene, I brush twice a day mouthwash twice a day and tongue scrape twice a day. I floss every night. My dentist said I have no cavities. I noticed that I have a whitish grey tongue that cannot be scraped off. Normal tongues are usually pink or red but mine is always white-grey. Is this a fungal infection? I dug in my tonsils for tonsil stones and cannot find any. Also when I look in my nose the red bumps almost block the entire nose inside. I’ve been trying everything to fix my bb, even doing sinus rinses everyday. I am in a profession where I interact closely with people all day. Please help me with this burden 😔
