Just called Optum Serve again about my husband’s VA C&P exams from 4/23, and the provider STILL hasn’t submitted the paperwork.

I called the clinic where the exams were done, and they told me the examiner “just rents a room there” and they have no way to contact her. Their response was basically, “call the VA.”

How is there zero accountability in this process? Veterans go to these exams, sit through hours of evaluations, and then claims just stall because providers don’t turn in the reports. Meanwhile nobody can tell you anything except “it’s still with the examiner.”

The waiting after the exams is honestly more stressful than the exams themselves.
