So I’ve been using Amul protein products for more than a year now. Recently I purchased amul hight protein milk pack of 32. Upon opening the product I found that the milk had completely deteriorated in quality, it was separated into watery liquid and large solid chunks. Reached out to customer care and they straight away denied saying that they can’t do anything coz I don’t have shipping label (white paper pasted on outer brown box). I had shared all the details (batch no, order id etc., images etc.) via email but still not resolved.
I’m never buying their products again. I’d really appreciate if someone can share a way of getting refund from them.
