I came back from college and found her at a whopping 48lbs! My parents were feeding her waayyyy too much, but now that I’m back home for the next 2 years, her meals are in my hands. Does this plan look alright? I’m worried if it’s lacking anything nutritionally or if it’s too little. When I took her to the vet recently, she was a 7 on the obesity scale.

Poor girl can’t walk for extended periods rn because she hurt her toe😢 but I’ve been giving her nightly epsom salt soaks and antibiotics with a teeny tiny smidgen of peanut butter as well.

I’m also brushing her teeth every night with virbac poultry flavored toothpaste, but would this be a calorie concern? She really likes to eat it. I’m also going to be trying petsmile in two weeks.

First photo was when she was around 2 yrs old(ignore that she used to climb tables, not anymore!), and the rest are recent! She turned 8 a few months ago but when she was younger, she looked strangely long haha

Hi I’m 21F, 5’5 and 126.4lbs.

For some reason, I keep gaining muscle mass and even though I barely move. Like almost 2% gain in muscle mass after around a month and a half. I did think it might be genetics because growing up, I was almost always stronger than other girls my age, but for the past few months, I’ve been getting less than 1000 steps daily and don’t exercise at all. I know this is unhealthy but it’s because I’m studying for my grad school admissions exam and exercising makes me sleepy lol😅 Basically sit at my desk all day, play or feed my medium sized dog, eat, sleep, repeat.

The last time I actually exercised was 1.5 years ago, where I lost around 15kg through regular exercise/diet.

I also eat a little less than my maintenance, with a big surplus of carbs and around 60g protein a day, so I’m really confused???? Has this happened to anyone else? Or is this normal and I just haven’t been exposed to this side of weight loss yet??

EDIT: wait it lowk might be bc of playing tug of war with my dog😭 i should probably change arms

Help also why am I being downvoted :,) this was a genuine question, not troll or rage bait
