I (F24) am 5’4” or 163 cm tall. I currently weigh about 91kg /200 ish lbs
I used one of those body fat calculators and got an estimate of 35-38% body fat
I don’t necessarily want to be extremely skinny or see a number below 75kg on the scale but I would like to go back to how I felt when I was more fit and energetic and fit into clothing 2 sizes smaller (I was about 83kg back then).
I have adhd and meal prepping helps but when I forget to do that I struggle to feed myself anything but cheese and veggies or eggs on toast.
Also being coeliac does not make things easy.
What do I do, how do I make this work, and why is this so freaking hard?
