hi i just woke up so please ignore spelling errors and bad grammar, im 19f and it has been 3 years and some change since I last saw my father, but these last few months (I dont really know when it started) I have been having nightmares about him, at least once a week and im not usually the type to dream. theyre usually pretty similar, its always him either trying to hurt and/or kidnap me and/or my siblings. how do I make these stop? why are they happening years after I cut contact with my father?
