I have a little under 300 hours in the game, spread over a period of 3 or 4 years. I started with a vanilla playthrough, then I began a game with the Space Exploration mod, which I abandoned after around a hundred hours. And now I’m playing a Space Age run.

The thing is, I’ve done all of these playthroughs in peaceful mode. I feel like enemies would slow down my progression too much (especially at the start, before getting bots).

So I’m wondering what I’m missing out on, and what enemies add to the game for you?

Hi, I don’t understand the interest of nuclear energy compared to solar panels. Nuclear is hard to set up, it’s expensive, it requires complex logistics, it produces waste. Whereas solar panels, once the production line is established, you just have to place a blueprint and that’s it.

Am I missing something?
