I just started a new character now that my warlock is mostly done, and seeing that I have to restart my war plans all over again kills my desire to continue with new characters.

I assumed that war plans were realm shared, so that I could continue my meta progression with different characters and playstyles.

I just think this new thing should be shared by all characters by design.

Thoughts ?
