New Conch

I got my conch pierced about 9 days ago and it is extremely painful and swollen. It is warm to the touch and red. What should I do? Does it look infected or do I need a longer bar? Or both? I am pretty desperate and would appreciate any/ all advice. Thank you!!

Age: 9 days old
Shape: flat back, no threading
Has not been downsized
Spray daily with neilmed saline spray

Has anyone had any luck getting their hers provider to write a doctor’s note for a work absence? I had a bad bout of upset stomach (I also have IBS) and had to miss a day of work.

Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a gastroenterologist who could help with worsened IBS symptoms while taking a GLP 1? I haven’t found my current gastro to be very helpful. Ideally in Queens or Manhattan, but can be flexible. Thanks!
