ive been on diy hrt for around 7-8 months now, and im aware of how much it costs and all the seperate fees, but is it normal for them to charge me weekly? they charge £30 a week (£120 a month) whilst still making me pay seperate for the script, collection etc etc.. they told me when i started that it was £30 a month + all the other subscriptions and it was like that for about 2 months and then they started charging us £30 a week? they also constantly tell me i cant have more testosterone (i am paying for 3 vials, they only ever send 2) and literally try to gaslight me into believing ive been receiving 3 vials for the past few months.. ive only ever gotten 2 at a time and sometimes they try and make me skip a month or 2 of T just because ‘they know how much they sent’ no matter how much proof we send in (about the vials, the payment methods and timings etc) is this normal?
