Will her lc really never be rerun and be kept in the shop forever? It feels so scummy to forever lock so many lcs behind a 40$ paywall like this especially for new people to the game who love a character so much.

Is her event lc or bronya lc good enough on her still? I don't know how much I'm losing out from not using her lc so I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me. As well as if her lc will ever get a banner...
