Is there anyone who used to think was good see him now differently?

To Report or not to

I helped my dad navigate this complex process and congrats to anyone who has, its turmoil to say the least. dad is completely satisfied with his rating. the first provider was completely inapppropiate and did not do residuals etc. the second was WONDERFUL and caring and thorough. dad could technically get more because of the first provider. we dont need it nor want ti and we dont want to poke the bear. BUT my heart hurts for anyone who gets this first provide. not just because of dad but I know other vets will get her, and some may only get her and no others. do i report?

dad had a c&p exam. doctor refused to take civilian & va medical records. she mustve not have even looked on their own qtc website when I uploaded them. i worked in medocal records years ago for like a decade. i made it idiot proof highlighted etc. ot has a congressional flag and AOD on it. HLR required one exam. And I I quick submitted to VA rater and the Senators office “DBQ Procedural Violation: The examiner has held the report in "draft" since 04/22/2026 and is refusing to complete Section 3E of the Thyroid DBQ, which explicitly directs the inclusion of cardiovascular, mental health, and endocrine residuals” the c&p provider didnt need to be an expert she literally had these records. Thoughts?
