I have never searched for a maid by myself and seriously need househelp. How much do they charge? How to find them?

I live with my wife, new born son and my mother in a 2 bhk in Sector 29, Vashi. Can you help me understand how to get a maid for full day and how much will it cost.

I am looking for a maid who can do household chores and won’t mind doing some of baby’s task incase we need to, mostly my wife will take care of the baby. Need a helping hand.
