I have been on the hunt for who knows how long for a fruity perfume that smells like a jolly rancher or those deformed SpongeBob popsicles. I have had no luck 😩
And I don’t mean any kind of fruity scent, especially not photorealistic fruit ones. I’m talking juicy artificial cherry lollipops, creamsicles, strawberry watermelon Hubba Bubba gum, and rainbow sherbet. The kind of fruity that makes your mouth water when you smell it.
Also something that is NOT a body mist. That’s what I have the most trouble with. You can easily find these type of scents as body sprays at B&BW, Target, drug stores, etc, but my issue is that they always wear off after approximately 2 seconds 😭 For example, I was at Target today and this Naturewell x Pokemon collab body mist smelled like absolute HEAVEN. Straight up smells like a Bomb Pop. But the smell literally faded after 20 seconds, not an exaggeration.
I made the mistake of blind buying DKNY Be Delicious because I saw so many posts saying it was such a good fruity summer scent, and I was aghast when I tried it and I smelled like a spiced salad. 100% not the kind of fruity I was aiming for. Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry initially hit that juicy lollipop mark for me, but the dry down was a bit too “deep” and musky for me. I also don’t wanna pay $400 for a bottle.
TLDR: what’s the juiciest, fruitiest, most summery popsicle/sour candy scented perfume you know that is relatively long lasting?
