I have an albino pleco and I just noticed these like little, white, dots on him and it’s worrying me. What should I do? Is this ich? (Funny, blurry fail photo at the end).

I feel like they look sorta like salt granules, so I upped his temperature to 86°F…

please please PLEASE, let me know or any advice or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
