Bought my first Cartier piece and had the best experience in the boutique
The SA and store manager were so so lovely… I went last Sunday to try on some pieces, initially thinking I’d get the Clash bracelet, but the juste en clou classic stole my heart …
They were out of my size in the store and ordered it for me to pick up this weekend. I went in with my mum and dad since they’re visiting me..
The SAs were so lovely to my parents, really warm and welcoming.
They also included a travel pouch which I’ve heard isn’t common, I didn’t ask for one coz I’m quite shy, but I guess maybe it was Mother’s Day and my mum was with me?
I’m just so pleased with the entire experience, so fortunate to have met such lovely folks…
