If you have a live product, do you actually keep a changelog updated?
If yes : how do you write it? Manual, from commit messages, something else?
If no: what stops you? Too tedious, no one reads it anyway, something else?
Not selling anything. Trying to understand if this is a real pain or just something founders feel guilty about but don't care enough to fix.
