Bought a pair of trainers and the guy didn’t send them then I check his profile and he’s been suspended, I contacted vinted and they said they will cancel it and refund me within 5 days, it’s been 10 days total but 8 business days. I contacted them at the start of the week and I have heard absolutely nothing for 4 days. It’s for £148 and im worried im never going to see this money again.
