Hi, I'm new to this subreddit. I need advice with the water outlet of my washer.

Yesterday I moved into a new (to me) apartment. I've connected the washer and when it throws the water away it comes back and splashes everywhere. I'm missing something? Do I need an adapter?

I've tested the following:

-Push the hose inside there as far as I can (near air tight)

-Place it less tight, to let air cross freely

-Checked with a small snake camera the inside the tube to check if there was any clog.

Any ideas?
