It's not been nice enough to sit outside for the past two days (UK) and I'm genuinely finding myself missing our visiting magpies 🥹 they come multiple times throughout the day and slowly creep closer each time, (apologies that the video isn't the best!) we assume they have a nest somewhere in the surrounding area 🥰

Also, I know magpies have major beef with pigeons, but I actually saw a jackdaw (the most prevalent bird around where I live) swoop one of our magpies the other day, is this normal? I always thought magpies were the top territorial bird around here 😂
