And workout
So I’ve been working out for 3ish weeks and have been working out my arms and abs. My goal is to tone my arms and, of course, have abs. I’m 5’2”, 133 lbs. I’ve been on a calorie deficit and drinking the appropriate amount of water. Admittedly, I could do better with protein, but I’ve gotten better. I noticed a difference in my arms (I’ve gotten stronger) and a bit on my abs, but I had to change the ab routine because of pain. I looked around and ended up with this routine, but I don’t feel a burn when doing these workouts, so should I change them again? Or should I keep up with them?
Standing side crunches: 15 reps x3
Plank with knee tucks: 45 seconds x3
Weighted standing wood chops: 12 reps each side x3
Farmer's Walk: 45 seconds x3
Push-ups: Failure x3
Shoulder taps: 12 reps x3
