Debt out of control, any advice?

Help- need advice

My credit card debt is pretty much maxed out and I've been paying the minimums for a while now that my credit score sank, I can't get a consolidation loan nor any balance transfers to 0%.

I'm thinking about getting a dmp but honestly I've gone for so long now without enough money to do anything meaningful that I just feel burnt out.

My finances (per month)

My rent - 450 (spare room)

Food (includes toiletries) - 375

Phone - 8

Course (paying the course cost back due to leaving it early) - 75

Dog insurance - 19.99

Dog health plan - 24.99

Dog walker - 280

Netflix - 12.99

Few minor subscriptions - 7.47

Monzo perks - 7

Minimum payments on debt

Card A - 75.88

Card B - 172.46

Card C - 102.50

Card D - 267

Card E - 75

I ride a bike, I work long shifts, and so the dog walker is a necessity - though I am trying to move closer to work, this just isn't possible right now.

It was unavoidable getting into debt at the time due to a medical expense, I'm just incredibly annoyed with myself it went further than that.

Any help of what to do, how best do go about getting this debt off would be a huge help.

Thanks
