Just redownloaded this game after a long time and everything was gone. Damascus, operators, etc. and now I’m level 6

I contacted support and they said it’s because all my past progress was on a different account and that I’d need to sign into that. It’s been awhile since I played an activision game but I’m pretty confident I only ever made one account attached to an email I always use. After asking for help on how to recover that account they have essentially left me on read and I have submitted a few more support tickets and they immediately go to the closed status.

I was just wondering if any of yall have any advice for how to figure out an old activision account or get them to help
