Every time I go to the Target on Division and Larrabee, there are several cars waiting to use the EV chargers. And now there are these Waymo cars charging up there, too, and making wait times even longer.

Would opening a new level 3 charging station be a good business idea?

Maybe one with a little kiosk that served coffee and snacks?

Is it possible people may start trading their gas cars for EVs with the rising cost of fuel?

There are quite a few empty lots around the city that would be ideal.
