Executives asking for a presentation Monday AM after two weeks off

So I work in the US but did something a bit unusual, I took two weeks off traveling Europe and COMPLETELY unplugged as I had this trip planned for over a year. Didn’t check my phone once.

I just got back and noticed executives want me to provide a presentation on inflation at noon Monday (including many of our C Suite), I work in an industry where everyone’s been panicking about the impact of the war on cost.

I have absolutely no idea what the status of things are and it’s been day to day. It’s gonna take me at least two days probably just to get through the 600+ emails and find out what’s going on.

Since other functional segments are presenting in this meeting as well and I’m managing procurement for materials, is there any recommendations on what I should do? They scheduled this last week while I was out.
