will i get rescinded?

my predicted grades for my core subjects were:
physics- 95
chemistry-97
biology- 95
psychology- 95
the marks i ended up getting are:
physics- 75
chemistry- 53
biology- 75
psychology- 95
i have A1, A2, B2 grades in all except for chemistry where it's a huge drop to D1.
I would like to ask the already admitted students, should i send my transcript to the school and not worry or should i be worried about getting rescinded? please help.

I’m only planning to live in the dorms for my first year, and I’m honestly a bit confused about what to choose on the housing application, especially when it comes to roommates. I know there are options for single rooms, but I’m really unsure what would suit me best.

I’d say I’m an ambivert. I do enjoy being around people and having company, but only when I genuinely get along with them. At the same time, I also need my own space, so being alone all the time or constantly around someone both feel a bit overwhelming in different ways.

I wanted to ask about your experiences with having a roommate, was it generally a good or bad experience for you? And based on that, what would you recommend in my situation?

Hi everyone, I’m an incoming Fall 2026 freshman at Pitt and I really need some advice about finances.

I’m planning to major in Biology on the pre-med track. I’m a U.S. citizen from a low-income family currently living in India. I was able to get financial aid, but I still have a gap that my family can only manage for the first semester somehow. From the second semester onwards, we won’t be able to afford the cost.

My situation is a bit complicated. My parents are not U.S. citizens, so they can’t take out a Parent PLUS loan. I also don’t have a U.S. co-signer, which means I’m not eligible for private student loans either. On top of that, I don’t have any credit history, so getting a loan independently isn’t really an option.

I really want to attend Pitt, but I’m honestly scared I won’t be able to continue after the first semester.

Does anyone know:

If there’s any way to significantly reduce costs starting from the second year on my own?

Any scholarships (especially for current students) that I could realistically get after enrolling?

Whether on-campus jobs or co-ops can make a meaningful difference?

If Pitt ever increases aid after the first semester/year in situations like this?

Any advice or personal experiences would really help. I’d truly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
