Bad experience leading to exit from Hospital
I have been working at a corporate hospital as Medical officer. management is very informal and has a history of terminating orthopaedic doc, another senior MO, termination of senior anesthetist when he expressed his grievances which was taken back somehow.
false issues were made against me thru' one paramedical department. HR's suggested to look for another employment which i accepted, called him out on his way of addressing me informally while discussion. It was agreed by HR and HOD thay i will be utilising my leaves. there was no proper reason for them to ask me to seek alternative employment. but later SL were not considered. i want to send a mail to management to refute things and make a complaints against them.
But the HR may give me a bad experience letter.
if i send the grievance email now, what can be the repercussions except for experience letter being delayed or given with bad impression.
can they mess with my PF?
