Hey! So i had my initial evaluation for the 1st time today and she was stressing how tight my achilles is after 4 weeks post op. i’ve been in a splint since surgery so i feel like it’s common. i’m worried that she isn’t experienced enough. She also tried to get me to put my foot flat of the ground and i don’t know if that’s normal after 4 weeks no weight bearing. ive been assigned to use heel lifts so idk. I hope she doesn’t ness me up tbh. Any thoughts?
