Hi! I am moving to Sunnyvale from Seattle. I am crunched for time and am looking for a studio/1B1B.
The budget is less than $2500.
- I want a place free of roaches and bugs. Tons of apartments seem to have the review
- I want to be as close to downtown as possible
- I do not care much about the apartment amenities, I am also open to not having in-unit laundry but I want a good, clean place to live.
What apartments should I be looking at? So far, onky Sunnyvale Town Center is within my budget but the reviews do not seem to be great. Has the situation improved?
