Hello everyone I'm new here but Im' sure I've found the right place for support and questions.
My Dad is undiagnosed but his wife and I believe that starting from 2023, after a major stroke, two mini strokes, heart failure last October and now seizures he has vascular dementia. We are in the process of getting him diagnosed hopefully in May (insurance).
This is one of the hardest things I've had to go through after losing my Mom. I'm my Dad's only child, I live in another state, he refuses to come live with me or just move closer, he and his wife are currently separated. STRESSSSSS😞
What were some ways you coped when you realized your parent/loved one would never be the same?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions and support!
