Does Ladder have a true hybrid/full body program?

I’ve been wondering this for a while and wanted to see if I’m missing something in Ladder.

Has Ladder ever had a coach/program built around a true full body setup? Something like:

- Full body strength 3x/week
- Zone 2 cardio built into the plan
- Intervals/sprints 1x/week
- Longer cardio day on weekends
- Mobility/recovery intentionally included

I’m surprised there aren’t more full body options considering a lot of coaches mention that most people realistically only have time/recovery capacity for 3 to 5 training days per week, yet many programs are still 5 to 6 day strength splits.

It feels like people are expected to just stack cardio onto already high-volume lifting programs and figure out recovery themselves via flex workouts. To me, a balanced program would adjust the strength volume to account for the added conditioning so people can progress without constantly feeling run down.

Has a coach/program like this existed on Ladder? Or has anyone modified an existing program into something similar?
