My “older” coworker is getting on my nerves

For reference, I’m (21F) and she’s around her late 60s I just started as a PASA two months ago and this lady we’ll call her Karen thinks she runs the place. She’s in no high-ranking position. She’s a PASA just like me and she makes every day that I work with her hell. I have to walk on eggshells around her every day. I have to tell her exactly what I’m doing if I’m leaving or going to another station. She’ll come over and correct me on everything that I’m doing. I even offered to cover her while she went on. Her break trying to be nice and she came back and said. “ I know you’re young and naïve and you don’t understand things, but what you said to me was rude. But I appreciate your head, strong attitude.” which I have no idea wtf she was talking about since I only offered to cover her for her break. I work with her every single day and she gets on other people’s nerves as well. I had my own manager tell me that she’d will try and boss him around my question is what do I do? I’m getting fed up and thinking about switching departments. It’s just a job I don’t wanna have to deal with this drama.
