Feather Silk? Liquid Silk? Need help finding the right term/fabric

Hello all! I’m currently working on an outfit for the renaissance festival in my area, and I’m trying to find a specific type of fabric to flow off my wrists. It’s meant to look like the fins of a betta fish.

I found a creator named Aleksei Dayneks who used a hand made fan for their costumes that has the effect I’m looking for. It shines, and has a sort of weightless look when moving through the air. Anyone I’ve found in the comments asking about the fabric type got vague responses of “feather silk”, which doesn’t seem to exist outside of a massive company for theatrical work. I’ve also seen the terms liquid silk and liquid organza thrown around, but those don’t seem to be right either. I’ve also looked into silk habotai and it doesn’t have the gravity defying effect I’m looking for.

Does anyone know what I could be referring to? I’m at a loss and I’d love to get insight from those more experienced. I’m not able to provide a visual reference in my post.
