Sat down with a pot of coffee this morning and did the damn thing! A few pointers: give your passengers plenty of room on pick up and come to a full stop. I used the ambulance to block traffic a few times and it saved a few victims. Take it easy and plan your routes with the map every time you unlock a new level. Do this earl in the game before you have bad rep with ANY gangs. Don’t use the sirens. I did this in South Beach and it wasn’t too bad. If your ambulance flips, reverse and cut the wheel in hopes that it will right itself, takes a huge health chink though. Good luck!! Trying for the military helicopter next for vigilante missions :)
