Just wondering what this would grade. Purchased as a pocket coin but curious

Looks like a clash mark on the reverse (pic 2) but based on the obverse die that doesn’t seem to make sense no? Trying to figure out what that can be. Referring to the mark to the left of Army & Navy on the reverse. Thank you
