I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of our mods for the incredible amount of unseen work she’s done for the JFC community over the last year.

I recently received a mod message from Reddit highlighting that one of our mods, u/cnm1424 does 72% of the moderator work on this subreddit. 😱

So I went digging…

In the last 12 months alone, she’s completed over 12,800 mod actions (things like approving posts, removing rule-breaking content, reviewing reports, handling spam, and helping keep the subreddit running smoothly every single day).

She also sent the majority of our 2,200 mod messages in the last 12 months, which are the private messages moderators send to users regarding questions, rule issues, approvals, bans, clarifications, and general community support.

For over a year, she has consistently posted every community discussion thread and diligently maintained the running lists of court hearings and important JFC updates so the community could stay informed and organized.

And honestly, that’s still only part of what she does. So much of her work happens quietly in the background without recognition.

Cinny, we appreciate you so much, and this place is genuinely better because of everything you do.

A few minutes of reflection remembering how unhinged Laura’s attorney was towards Dave and his then pregnant wife.

Now that the podcast has wrapped up, I thought it would be fun to share some throwback posts about information that didn’t make it into the series.

In 2023, Laura — and later David Gingras — tried to convince both law enforcement and the public that Greg Gillespie was behind JFC. (See 10/8/23 Police Report.)

Laura even compiled a 33-page document titled “The Gillespie Connection” in an effort to persuade police that Greg had violated her restraining order through his alleged “online activities.”

Meanwhile, her lawyer routinely referred to random JFC members as “Greg” whenever they made strong points against either Laura or himself, seemingly as a way to discredit them.

Laura also claimed that Greg created an early-era JFC meme by hacking her email and stealing her sonogram. Ironically, this is the same meme she later argued Clayton created during her restraining order hearing — the very hearing in which she was granted a restraining order based in part on that meme.

When Laura was caught faking an email from her “uncle” Joe, a renowned attorney, she claimed Greg hacked her email and sent it. (See page 7.)

When she was caught sending fake ultrasounds, she again claimed Greg had hacked her email and sent those as well.

At a certain point, you’d think changing the password would’ve been the obvious solution.
