Hello, I graduated from a prestigious US institution in Math, and have been self-studied electronics, signals, digital systems, control, communications with relevant lab work detailed in a blog.

I was going to go to a US instution for a Masters of Science in EE, but have to return home to Australia for some time. So I will have to do my Masters in Australia.

From the website, it seems there is no leeway for students who did not have a Bachelor's in Engineering. Is there a way around this entry requirement? Could I take exams to prove my proficiency in undergraduate topics?

Are there university or general clubs that have labs I can (pay and) join to use their oscilloscopes, signal generators etc? Or should I just buy my own and nerd out alone..
