I reapplied for OW about 3 weeks ago, and spoke to a caseworker from my local office about a week ago who said she won’t be able to reopen my file so I will need to be reassessed so she sent a form to the intake unit to have my application reassessed I guess? She also told me I could contact the intake unit myself to ask for an update and when I call them they tell me that I should get in touch with the caseworker I originally spoke to but she tells me to get in touch with the intake unit. Anyone know how long it will take?

Hi everyone. I recently reapplied to OW within the time of me being off of OW I moved to a different city. I reapplied about two and a half weeks ago and yesterday I spoke to someone at my local office and she said she would try to reactive my file but it wouldn’t let her so she said she had to submit a form to the general office and then she would reassess me as a new file. Does anyone know how long the whole process takes?

Hi everyone. I had to re-apply for OW, I applied last wednesday and haven’t heard anything yet it just says my application is under review, when I applied it said you would hear back within 4 business days. Has anyone applied recently and how long did it take?
