I remember it about a cast of characters but there are 2 mains, a guy and a girl working at a mall close to Christmas, I think it's 2020 - 2024? The mall itself is staffed with people who have some past behind them. There was also an episode about a guy working there who was also a former inmate.

Edit: I found it myself. It's Zenkamono (2021) starring Arimura Kyouko.
