My fiancée has always been so kind and caring to all my plushies. If someone falls off the bed in the middle of the night she’s rescues them. And I have reached a stage in my life that I’m happy to see them go to loving homes or be displayed in a place they will actually be seen every day. (I assure you I still have PLENTY of plushies that will remain with me forever) wouldn’t say it’s growing out of it simply moving into new stages.
