Travel Insurance

I am planning to go to Asia for a month. And looking into travel insurance. I'm unsure how much I should actually insure for?

My travel agent said I don't need to insure for the full flight-apparently with cancellations the airline i'm going with would already refund me 70% (ie: my flight is $1000, so I would get back the $700) do I need to insure the remaining 30%? ($300) Or the whole flight? ($1000)

I'm also going to be on a tour for 2 of those weeks. Tour is around $3000. Supposedly there might be some kind of refund if there is a cancellation. I don't have all the details for that part yet. But Same question applies- if the tour company reimburses for a percentage for cancellation or something else. Do I also need to ensure the remainder? Or is it best to insure the full cost? (Let's just assume they reimburse 70% as well for this scenario at this time)

The other 2 ish weeks will be self travelling around-booking hotels and such. Do I insure the full costs of the hotels? Say maybe it would be about $1200?

So am I supposed to insure the $5200? Or the $4000 if insuring the percentage the airline/tour company won't cover?

TIA

Sports Massage in North Edmonton?

Any recommendations on a good sports massage preferably North Side. Especially with good very deep pressure. But honestly if it's that good, I don't mind to drive! TIA
