Newish to painting. Looking for any advice or feedback to take things to the next level.

I started taking painting about 6 months ago. I got a resin printer just to print these Dungeon Crawler Carl figures to paint. I uploaded the pictures in the order that I painted them. Hopefully it shows some progression.

I'm open to any feedback/advice/criticism so I can go from "newbie who kind of knows what he's doing" to "hobbyist who mostly knows what he's doing". Share advice or specific tutorial videos if you think they would be helpful.

I'm using Army Painter paints, a wet palette, and some average brushes. I would like to get some nicer brushes, but I think I need to level up a bit more.
