Hi, I’m 28 and have never invested due to some or the other reasons.

I want to start investing in a monthly manner.

Currently situation- I earn \~1.7L pm and living rent free with a max of 30k expenses pm, I have \~6L extra savings (after my emergency fund and health insurance) that I want to invest now. I don’t have any EMI as of now but planning to buy property in the near future for personal use.

So please guide me on how much to invest on a monthly basis and what to invest in?
