Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone knows how long airline refunds usually take to be processed, or if there is any way to check the status of a refund. I bought my tickets in the U.S., but I paid with a Colombian credit card. The airline’s website shows that the refund has been requested/processed, but we don’t have much information about when the money will actually arrive. The bank in Colombia hasn’t been able to give us a clear answer either.

Has anyone gone through something similar, especially with an international card? How long did it take for the refund to appear on your account? Any information or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you! <3
