Sorry if this has an obvious answer but this is my first AL event that I participate in.
But a lot of things i've seen other users talk about just aren't occurring for me.
I can't switch to the AL Dorm port and I am not receiving the discount coupons.
Neither in-game or by visiting the shop directly.

I am on the EU server.

Any info or directions if this is an issue on my part are appreciated.
