my ipad shut down on an update and when i try to restore it shows connect to pc , but when i try to connect it my macbook , it doesnt update ,i have tried to update it through windows too, it completes update but still ipad doesnt open .this continued for 2 months and then one fine day i opened my ipad and connected it my macbook it started working ,but then the app store was not working , so i tried to turn it off and restart it , then i knew i was f' ed up it started showing the same restore and connect to pc symbol , what do i do now (FYI - I have taken this to apple store and contacted apple support they coudnt fix it ,they are asking to replace it. its ipad 10 gen , i bought it in 2023 oct anddid have apple care for 2 years )
