Good European car mechanic?

I’m new to the area, and I’m wondering if anyone knows a good European car mechanic. It’s a 24-year-old BMW e46. I’ll be doing a lot of the small things myself now that I have more time, but I know I’ll encounter problems I can’t handle. Can anyone recommend a good mechanic they trust who knows their European cars?
