Can anyone with a similar floorplan help me figure out if the 12’9” and 17’4” include the bedroom closet and kitchen respectively…? Having trouble with what the actual space is and I wasn’t able to measure it myself.

Also how wide/deep are these columns by the bedroom window? TYIA!!
