

The app suggested my goal be 1725 (that's fine)
I exercise for a little over an hour and burn 430 calories (good enough for me)
The app decides to reward me with a crap ton of bonus calories (that continue to add up through out the day for simply resting)
Iv got my apple watch and apple health both connected to the app. I used the fitness app to record my workout.
- Does anyone have any idea how in the world I can just turn off that bonus calorie crap? Like disconnect health or the watch or something!? Or any way around it?
It extremely discourages me when I work so hard while exercising and try my best to get all the calories I need (while 18:6 fasting) and seeing how far behind I am and all these unearned calories😕
Im thinking maybe I can just disconnect both health app and watch app and just hope that when I do my fitness workout that maybe the fitness app will connect to the lose it app and just say how many cals iv burned?🤷♀️ Idk
