The issue is related to physicals ps5s where the bluray isn't working, it doesn't let you do any updates (game or firmware) and attempting to do so will constantly put you into safe mode until you restart a few times. I can't test digital games, but i assume they would work? I'm forever stuck at 12.40 and can load Y2JB through backup method, but i don't know what else this error restricts the ps5 on doing.

Would this in any way affect the jailbreak process in any way? I know i can wait and see, but just curious if anyone has specific knowledge on this exact scenario.
